Estimation assumes Chiropractor can demonstrate meaningful use of a certified EHR in year of adoption and subject to the incentive schedule set by the ARRA.

Pays 75% of Part B claims submitted for codes 98940, 98941, and 98942, using the AT modifier.

Penalties begin in 2015 at a rate of 1% and increase 1% per year until penalty reaches a maximum of 5%.
